VNC support

We are pleased to announce provision for VNC support as an ehancement to our existing support services for users with an active maintenance contract. VNC essentially allows us to show you how to carry out specific actions in SCC by temporarily allowing us to share control of your PCs mouse, keyboard and screen over the internet.
